A Gratitude Blessing

Affirmation: I AM so very grateful for the miracles and blessings bestowed upon me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When I began writing No Plan To Happiness I was starting a journey. One that was very much an internal and external exploration.  Externally I journeyed all through California, Nevada and Arizona, and was given the opportunity to spend more quality time with my friends and family. Internally I was brought deeper into my spiritual path and my faith and belief in miracles were put to the test. Life can appear to be challenging when your faith is put to the test but I can’t tell you how thankful I am for it, because it really strengthened my faith and trust in everything I believe in. Everything that I write about.

Anyhow, where I arrived is all very exciting and new, and a dream come true! To give you a little more detail I’ve landed my dream job and I am absolutely in love with my new home. And the way my life has been transforming around that is exactly how I always dreamed it would be. It didn’t come without letting go of the struggle and embracing a big change in my life though, in whatever form it decided to take on. One thing I learned was the more I stayed grounded, clear, happy, and thankful the more the form it took on was something I saw as beautiful and awesome. The affirmations and meditation I did were my key tools. I AM so happy to embark upon this next chapter of my life.

One of the key things you learn through this process is just how important being in a state of gratitude is no matter what is going on around you. There is always something to be thankful for. So be sure to take some time each day and thank your I AM presence for all the miracles and blessings bestowed upon you. Even just the simple things.

Now if you’ll just give me a moment, I would like to bestow a Gratitude Blessing on you. This is something I do every year at the Sunset Campout with my Living Fae faerie sister Anne Elizabeth.

Let’s get grounded….

Take a deep breath in, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3

Breath Out.

Take another deep breath, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3

Breath Out.

Take one more deep breath, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3

Breath Out.

Now fill your heart with the feeling of gratitude. Allow it to open. See a bright green spinning light over it. You should start to feel your heart get warm. If you need to think of someone or something you are enternally grateful for.

Once you are in a state of gratitude read these words outloud.

Thank you! I AM so very grateful for your presence in my life. Thank you for taking the time to read No Plan To Happiness. Thank you for your comments. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts and everything I learn along the way. Thank you for being YOU! You [I AM] an amazing person. You [I AM] a blessing to this world. A blessing to me. So thank you, thank you, thank you.

Affirmation: I AM that I AM. My wishes are fullfilled.

I’ve been working with Dr. Wayne Dyer’s I AM WISHES FULFILLED mediation. I’ve found it to be both a very powerful meditation and have now seen my very own wishes fulfilled after repeated work with it, so I want to recommend it. This is where today’s affirmation comes from.

I combined my meditation work with listening to his audio book, WISHES FULFILLED: Mastering the Art of Manifesting. You can very easily just do the meditative work with I AM WISHES FULFILLED but I think either listening to the audio book or reading the book is a great compliment because Dr. Dyer provides a really good understanding of “I AM,” which comes from St. Germain’s The I AM Discourses. I read The I AM Discourses quite a few years ago, but Dr. Dyer helped me gain a more clear perspective and understanding of it, which I believe has given me a whole new perspective on the world and how I AM choosing to think and live my life today.

So what does “I AM” mean? I AM is you. I AM is me. It’s very common for us to use the words I am when we are speaking about ourselves. But how “conscious” are we of what we are saying.  I AM is GOD. I AM is your connection to the divine source of creation. In Sanskrit I AM is “So Hum.” When you say I AM you are affirming something about yourself, connecting with the divine, and you are creating your future. So when you say I AM remember to be conscious of the words you use that follow for you are telling divine source what it is you wish to create in your life.

I AM THAT I AM, is the mantra that Dr. Dyer tells you to use in the meditation. “That” refers your intension. What you do is write your intension down and then in meditation “that” takes the place of your set intension. The sounds used in the sound meditation were taken from the Moses Code, and according to Dr. Dyer by combining the sounds with the mantra you are tapping into the most powerful way to manifest your desires.

What I can tell you is from my experience I found what I was working on to manifest very quickly once I started began meditating along with the mantra and sounds. Anyone who is close to me knows just how long I’ve been working on making my recently fulfilled wishes a reality so I’m very honest when I say they manifested more quickly once I began working with the meditation.
