When I began writing No Plan To Happiness I was starting a journey. One that was very much an internal and external exploration. Externally I journeyed all through California, Nevada and Arizona, and was given the opportunity to spend more quality time with my friends and family. Internally I was brought deeper into my spiritual path and my faith and belief in miracles were put to the test. Life can appear to be challenging when your faith is put to the test but I can’t tell you how thankful I am for it, because it really strengthened my faith and trust in everything I believe in. Everything that I write about.
Anyhow, where I arrived is all very exciting and new, and a dream come true! To give you a little more detail I’ve landed my dream job and I am absolutely in love with my new home. And the way my life has been transforming around that is exactly how I always dreamed it would be. It didn’t come without letting go of the struggle and embracing a big change in my life though, in whatever form it decided to take on. One thing I learned was the more I stayed grounded, clear, happy, and thankful the more the form it took on was something I saw as beautiful and awesome. The affirmations and meditation I did were my key tools. I AM so happy to embark upon this next chapter of my life.
One of the key things you learn through this process is just how important being in a state of gratitude is no matter what is going on around you. There is always something to be thankful for. So be sure to take some time each day and thank your I AM presence for all the miracles and blessings bestowed upon you. Even just the simple things.
Let’s get grounded….
Take a deep breath in, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3
Take another deep breath, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3
Take one more deep breath, hold it… 1 – 2 – 3
Now fill your heart with the feeling of gratitude. Allow it to open. See a bright green spinning light over it. You should start to feel your heart get warm. If you need to think of someone or something you are enternally grateful for.
Once you are in a state of gratitude read these words outloud.
