I’ve learned through dedicated practice how much our thoughts and beliefs affect our lives.  When I chose to change what I was thinking and focus on empowering my thoughts with focused intension I watched things appear and my life transform before my very eyes. I’ve also seen how a belief can create a condition that we have the power to change by beginning to work on changing our thoughts. If you can access where you first chose that belief and identify your patterns you can learn to dissolve the part of yourself that first attracted your condition.

Over the past few months, since I’ve been writing No Plan To Happiness, I’ve watched my life transform. I started with “Entering the Unknown”.  At first I was just placing my foot in to test the water. Now I’ve learned to completely embrace the unknown. The more I continue to embrace it combined with doing the meditative work and affirmations the more I have watched myself be guided to some truly inspiring experiences.
